DINO P. SIMONE, CEO
Dino Simone began his career with Western Tile & Marble in 1985, following in the footsteps of his father, Western Tile & Marble founder, Rudy Simone.  Throughout his tenure, Dino has fostered development of new market areas for the company, and has piloted expansion into Hawaii, Nevada, California and Alaska.  Dino is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and closely coordinates with Western Tile & Marble’s senior leadership team.  Dino holds a degree in business administration from Seattle University where he majored in Accounting.

RONNIE R. SIMONE, CEO
Ronnie Simone oversees the overall success, growth and development of Western Tile & Marble’s Builder/Dealer Division and Fabrication Facility.  Ronnie is second generation CEO, following in the footsteps of his father, Rudy Simone, Western Tile & Marble founder.  He provides inspired leadership companywide and closely coordinates with the company’s senior leadership team for strategic, financial and operational advancement.   Ronnie possesses a broad knowledge of natural stone and ceramic tile products and installation techniques. A graduate of Arizona State University, Ronnie holds a B. A. in Business Management.

TODD JUNKER, PRESIDENT
Todd Junker monitors and oversees daily operations and corporate matters. He implements and manages company policy, reviews construction management procedures and directs the firm’s marketing and development programs. Todd joined Western Tile & Marble in 2018 and is a University of Washington alumnus.

GAYLE VICKERY, CONTROLLER
Gayle Vickery is responsible for Western Tile & Marble’s financial operations, risk management, information systems and resource development. She oversees financial reporting, investment portfolios, information systems and supervises the accounting and administrative staff.  Gayle Vickery joined the company in 1990 and has over 40 years of experience in construction accounting.

LUCJAN CHOWANIEC, VICE PRESIDENT – EXTERIOR CLADDING DIVISION
With an M. S. in Civil Engineering from the Silesian Technical University in Poland, Lucjan’s background includes experience in panelized wall systems, architectural and structural pre-cast systems, the cygnus system and a wide range of hand set mechanical attachment systems. He is responsible for the engineering department, from conceptual estimating to final drawings and directly reviews each project estimate during the bidding process. As Project Manager with over 30 years employment with Western Tile & Marble, he is responsible for material procurement, schedule and coordination as well as monitoring field activities and installation progress. Projects completed by Lucjan Chowaniec include numerous stone veneer installations in excess of 1,000,000 square feet.

I was able to view the slabs wit the anticipated cutouts in an email. I have never had this experience. The technology group you have showed me several different examples prior to my wife and I choosing one, the proactive way your team worked with us to make sure that we were happy with the finished look of our countertops was exceptional and compassionate. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated their efforts.

The installation team were amazing [Macuto, Gilberto, Marcus, Mario and Jeremy]. These guys operated at a very quick but controlled pace. Their team lead was excellent, he managed the process very well, was extremely careful with our home, and very respectful of his teammates. The care they took with my home and project was absolutely evident, I was so impressed that I video taped the main island slab being installed, all 650 pounds of it! In the video you see and hear clear evidence of the team lead’s care for his team’s safety. The completed job looks great!

Without the exceptional performance of the folks you trained to help us with our project I don’t think it would have come out the way that it did. Thank you so much for an overall great experience”.
